Frank Russo, Alternate The Richter Park Authority meets the third Tuesday of every month unless otherwise noted. The meetings are held in the Cafe on the Green Restaurant located in the Clubhouse. The Authority has allocated time at the start of its meeting to allow members of the public the opportunity to ask questions or comment on items relevant to the Park's operation.
